Consultancy firm leaves Lace Market for West Bridgford HQ

Consultancy firm, theGrogroup has moved offices from the Lace Market to the newly-opened Business Hub, which is part of the Landmark Business Centre in West Bridgford.

The company, which also has offices in East Sussex, says it will establish the Nottingham office as the main headquarters.

Directors Kate Hennig and Alex Shacklock both live in Nottingham and headed the RSM Tenon Academy. They joined Paul Richmond’s existing business, to create theGrogroup as a niche consultancy to focus upon professional services Firms in 2014. Since then, theGrogroup has grown turnover by over 170%, with year on year growth in 2016 of 40%. The firm says aim is to achieve a target of 30% consistent growth over the next three years.

The company has a team of over 20 consultants employed on a full time and contract basis and the move to West Bridgford will create three new jobs over the next twelve months, as well as several new contract roles to service client assignments.

Shacklock said, “We have been delighted with the growth of our consultancy over the last three years and this office move is the next step in our strategy to become the leading provider of strategic, leadership and skills development advice to professional services firms.”

Hennig added: “When we were looking for new premises we realised that West Bridgford was ideal for our new HQ. The location allows us to be based in premium office space in one of Nottingham’s exclusive suburbs whilst still within easy access of all transport links.”
