Housebuilder reveals plans to build 170 homes in East Mids

Plans have been revealed by Miller Homes Midlands to build 170 new homes in the region.

New developments have been announced in Farnsfield, Nottinghamshire and Kibworth Leicestershire.

The Kibworth location will comprise of 110 energy-efficient properties, with work on the development due to start in January next year. It will include a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses.

The Farnsfield scheme will be a mix of 60 three-, four- and five-bedroom energy-efficient houses. Work on the development is now underway and the showhome is due to open in March next year.
