Eurocell Profiles factory sold for £3.1m

An industrial unit in Ilkeston has been sold to Quidnet for £3.1m.

The firm has bought the Winster Buildings on the Manners Industrial Estate in a deal brokered by Savills. The site includes two buildings of nearly 80,000 sq ft which are let to Eurocell Profiles.
