New luxury development for Nottingham residential park

How the new homes will look

Nottingham-based Tollerton Park is set to see 15 new homes added to the site as part of a luxury offering called ‘The Covert’.

The addition is part of an investment by residential park operator, Countrywide Park Homes to expand its parks.

Countrywide says the new development is expected to attract more visitors and prospective homeowners from around the UK, providing a boost for local shops, restaurants and attractions.

Anthony Barney, owner and chairman at Countrywide Park Homes said: “Tollerton Park is the perfect location for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of urban living, whilst ensuring all of those useful conveniences remain close-by. The park provides a much sought after village-like feel whilst keeping you close to the city.”

The investment is part of a wider scheme by Countrywide Park Homes to invest in its parks across the UK, including Puddledock Farm in Thetford Forest, and Haytop Park in Matock, just outside of the Peak District.
