Relocation deal for musculoskeletal therapy specialist

A Nottingham musculoskeletal therapy specialist is set to expand to new premises in the city centre.

Lace Market Clinic has moved from its previous premises on Stoney Street to the fully-refurbished ground floor of the historic No.7 Russell Place, just off Talbot Street, as demand for its services increases.

The clinic is run by Adam Richmond, an independent osteopathy, sports massage and acupuncture specialist.

He said: “I’m very excited by the move. It’s a much nicer place for my clients to visit and provides a fabulous space to me to bring in and nurture fresh talent in the future.”

The deal was brokered by commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors.

Director Sunny Landa said: “This might be a relatively small deal compared to others NG works on, but it’s just as important. Adam provides a vital service to his patients, and he can now do that from the quaint surroundings of Russell Place, which is some of the finest period space in the city centre. I wish him all the best for the future.”
