A former social club in the centre of Loughborough is being offered for sale through local agents Mather Jamie.

The Brush Sports & Social Club, on Fennel Street, is available freehold on behalf of the Brush Employee Trust, the beneficiaries of which are all Loughborough-based employees of Brush Generators.

The club premises cover approximately a quarter of an acre, over three storeys, and include vehicle access to car-parking from Church Gate.

A sketch scheme has been drawn up (subject to planning approval) which shows potential for a 11-home residential redevelopment of the site.
