Property agent chosen to oversee multimillion-pound build to rent project
Property specialist Centrick has been selected to oversee the launch and management of a new multimillion-pound build-to-rent (BTR) venture in Leicester.
Tasked by developer and investor Oblix Living, Centrick will deploy its BTR services via its VICI platform for this latest project.
Comprising 100 one- and two-bedroom homes, the development is called “The Saxons.”
The development features a gym, a yoga lounge, a co-working hub and a residents’ lounge, alongside private parking equipped with EV chargers.
