Mixed-use plans for former law firm’s office get green light

Plans to turn a former law firm’s offices into a mixed-use development in the centre of Nottingham has been approved by Nottingham City Council. submitted to Nottingham City Council to turn a the former offices of law firm Sharp, Young & Pearce into flats.
Tempophase, which has an address in London, wants to turn the building, formerly the offices of Sharp, Young & Pearce, on the corner of Byard Lane and Weekday Cross, into seven, two-bedroom apartments on the first floor. On the ground floor, the firm has been given the go-ahead to redevelop the space into either offices, a shop, restaurant or cafe or bar.
The building has been empty since Sharp, Young & Pearce merged with Rothera Dowson in June 2016 to become Rothera Sharp.
