Offices of groundbreaking Nottingham firm sold

The offices of Promethean Particles, the Nottingham-based firm which designs, develops and manufactures inorganic nanoparticle dispersion, has been sold in an off-market deal.

Acting on behalf of the Kasca Trust, NG Chartered Surveyors has sold 1-3 Genesis Park to private pension fund clients of FHP Property Consultants.

The 7,500 sq ft property is located on Midlands Close in Radford, Nottingham, and has been sold for an undisclosed sum.

Richard Sutton, director at NG Chartered Surveyors, said: “This off-market deal is another example of how our market knowledge can help bring forward a quick, uncomplicated deal.

“As soon as we were instructed to market 1-3 Genesis Park I knew we had a great product and in the current market opportunities like this are few and far between.
