Leicester office building sold in £4.4m deal

Ace Liberty and Stone, the property investment company has bought an office building in Leicester for £4.4m.

The entire property, at at Princes Court, York Road, is let to the Secretary of State for the Environment and occupied by the Leicester Crown Prosecution Service at an annual rent of £290,000.

This acquisition is the first to be financed by Coutts & Co for the company.

Dr Tony Ghorayeb, chairman, said: “The company is committed to providing good returns to shareholders through dividend payments and increases in the share price. Acquisitions of this type underpin that plan.”
