Law firm admitted to AIM with market cap of £103.5m
Law firm Knights, which has an office in Derby, had been formally admitted to AIM.
The firm will be boosted by around £30m from its placing on the markets, which it says will be used to pay off debt.
Knight raised £50 from its share issue and has a market capitalisation of £103.5m.
