Derby flats scheme on the market for £1.75m

A former Job Centre in Derby city centre last week was granted planning permission to be turned into 59 flats has been put up for sale.

Telereal Trillium last week was given the green light to turn Forester House, on the corner of Newland Sreet and Becket Street into 59 apartments over five storeys. Now, the building has been put up for sale at the price of £1.75m through FHP Property Consultants.

Darran Severn from FHP Property Consultants said: “This is a great development opportunity situated in the heart of Derby City Centre. We have seen a number of office to residential conversions over the last couple of years which have all been successful. There is a real drive for city centre living in Derby.
