Social scene: Yacht Club Riverside launch

A riverside development in Nottingham – The Yacht Club Riverside – was showcased to buyers recently month during a series of events hosted by developer KMRE Group.

Details of the 81 exclusive waterfront apartments and penthouses, which are currently being built on the banks of the River Trent, were launched at Colwick Hall (9 July) and The M Club in London (18 July).

The scheme pays homage to the location’s heritage as the Park Yacht Club, and will feature one, two and three-bedroom apartments from £165,000 and two-bedroom bespoke interior-designed penthouses starting from £400,000.

The £25m development spans 1.5 acres and is being delivered by Hollycroft Construction alongside Nottingham-based Franklin Ellis Architects.
