Halfords roadside unit snapped up

A major roadside unit in Nottingham has been sold in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants and HEB Chartered Surveyors.

Chris Proctor of FHP on behalf of Yelverton Properties Limited has sold the Halfords Auto Centre on Castle Boulevard to Hallam Group. Jonathan Emmerson of HEB Chartered Surveyors acting on behalf of the purchaser.

Proctor said: “This is the second roadside investment to be sold for Yelverton Properties in Nottingham recently. We were able to launch the marketing to a select number of parties and agree an off-market deal with Jon Emmerson’s client at a figure that suited both parties”.

Emmerson said: “I was delighted to secure this property on behalf of the Hallam Group, who are a long-standing client of heb. Hallam Group own a number of properties on Castle Boulevard already and this property suits the portfolio very well. It was also a pleasure dealing with Chris at FHP.”
