Long delays on M1 southbound after collision and fire

There are long delays on the M1 Southbound from J21 – J20, due to two separate incidents.

Highways England says the first incident is a collision. The second is a car fire.

Emergency services, including Leicestershire Police, are at scene.

As a result, there are long delays approximately one hour added to journey times, with around six miles of slow moving traffic.
