MBO to fan flames of growth at fire security firm

Total Integrated Solutions (TIS), the Mansfield safety, communication and security firm has changed hands in a management buy-out by its former head of Combined Services Division.

TIS was established more than 60 years ago. It works with clients such as The Ministry of Defence (MoD) University of Leeds, West Midlands Combined Authority and The ExtraCare Charitable Trust.

The MBO sees James Twigg by out partner Chris Lewis. Twigg is now managing director and sole shareholder.
