Property agent relocates to new Derby office

FHP Property Consultants has relocated its Derby office.

The firm has moved to Cardinal Square, leasing a ground floor suite overlooking the courtyard garden.

Tim Richardson of FHP Property Consultants said: “We became involved in the marketing side of Cardinal Square about a year ago and instantly recognised the potential.

“Thousands of people drive past it every day without giving a thought to what’s inside. The landlords have undertaken a programme of refurbishment over recent years and it is really impressive, with much of the internals being effectively brand new.

“We were lucky enough to secure a suite overlooking the garden area. The building specification includes LED lights, air conditioning, building wide wifi and we have fitted out the suite to provide an inspirational working environment.”
