Derby law firm reveals raft of promotions

A Derby law firm has announced a tranche of new promotions.

Flint Bishop has promoted Louise Easthope to partner and head of employment. Beth Bearder, William Bowler, Andrew Whiting and William Harper have also been promoted to senior associates.

Having joined as an employment solicitor in 2017, Easthope was quickly promoted to associate and now joins the partnership taking the total number of partners at the firm to 19.

Easthope will be joined by four new hires in the coming months, says the firm.

She said: “I am thrilled to be joining the partnership, as well as leading a dynamic, forward thinking and talented team of employment experts.

“In addition to building on our current successes, I am also delighted to be welcoming four new solicitors into the team, who will be critical to our future plans and to continuing to develop our strong client relationships.”

The firm also announced a further five promotions across their debt recovery teams, including two team leaders and three senior legal assistants.
