Housing development takes shape
A luxury housing development in Derbyshire is fast taking shape ahead of the first residents moving in later this year.
Jones Homes is building a collection of three, four and five-bedroom properties at Van Dyk Village, near Clowne, between Chesterfield and Worksop.
The development will eventually have 52 homes with a large area of public open space.
