Recruitment firm sets sights on £10m turnover

Recruitment company, Farley & Jones Recruitment, has posted a £3m turnover in its first year of trading and has its sights set on £10m for 2020.

The firm, which has offices in Corby, Rugby and Tamworth has expands its staff numbers from three to 15 staff after signing a deal with finance firm Skipton Business Finance.

Billy Farley, managing director and co-founder of Farley & Jones, said: “Since we established the business in 2018, we have experienced rapid growth in employees, locations and turnover.

“Our partnership with Skipton has allowed us to expand at a very fast rate since establishment and within this period we have developed a great working relationship with them.”

The business is now aiming for a turnover of £10-12m next year, with the potential of looking for a fourth location in 2020.

Farley added: “We want to continue expanding in the industry, priding ourselves in bringing a young and vibrant energy to the recruitment industry.”
