Nottingham agent seals another prime deal

NG Chartered Surveyors has brokered a deal to sell Unit 3 Poplars Court in Lenton, Nottingham.

NG director Sunny Landa acted on behalf of a private vendor to seal the sale of the 1,398 sq ft open-plan office suite to a private investor.

Giles Davis of Geo Hallam and Sons acted for the buyer.

Landa said: “It’s always satisfying to help a growing company move onwards and upwards – as well providing a favourable outcome for our client.

“Once again, our targeted approach brought forward a swift sale for our client despite other agents marketing similar office units on Poplars Court. What was particularly pleasing is that we also took the sale process to a competitive round of bidding, thus ensuring our client realised best value.”

Paul Hinchliffe of Nelsons acted as legal adviser to the vendor, while Zoe Romain of Actons provided legal advice to the buyer.
