A Victorian-era Art Deco warehouse in Newark has been brought to market.

The freehold on the property at 10 Victoria Street will be available to purchase at a guide price of £1.5 million.

Savills will oversee the sale on behalf of a private client.

The warehouse in Newark town centre comprises 30,000 sq ft of space over three floors. It is currently used as an open plan storage space and includes offices and loft style residential accommodation.
