Double swoop for software firm

A Loughborough software business has boosted its presence in the HR and payroll solutions market by making two strategic acquisitions.

The Access Group has acquired Doncaster-based People HR and The Payroll Service Company (PSC), a payroll solutions provider based in Cambridgeshire.

People HR, co-founded by Manjit and Sat Sindhar, has accrued a client base of over 5,000 companies, while The Payroll Service Company delivers payroll services for more than 1,300 companies.
