£340m regeneration project set for New Year start

The first stage of a £340m regeneration project in a Derbyshire town is about to kick off.
The 16 hectare Chesterfield Waterside mixed-use scheme will start in the new year as construction begins on a 35,000 sq ft Grade A office building.
The first commercial element is Basin Square and will comprise the detached office building, hotel, 350 built to rent apartments and a multistorey car park.
FHP Property Consultants and Knight Frank have been appointed as letting agents for the offices.
The project is being delivered by Chesterfield Waterside Limited which is a joint venture between Bolsterstone Group, Laver Regeneration and Chesterfield Borough Council.
