Agent seals tasty factory deal
The Former Hakens Quality Foods unit on Greasley Street in Bulwell has been sold in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants.
Catering business Fresh Things has now moved into the property, which had been fitted out by Hakens Quality Foods for the preparation of sandwiches, bespoke food production and processing.
FHP said the unit was in “excellent condition,” allowing Fresh Things to commence production immediately.
Anthony Barrowcliffe of FHP said: “I very much enjoyed the challenge of taking on this instruction and believed with the correct level of direct marketing we could find the ideal purchaser.
“Through directly targeting food related businesses, I managed to gain several viewings early in the process. Fresh Things Limited being one of them, who were an excellent growing catering business wanting a larger freehold unit to grow their business, therefore a perfect fit.”
