20,000 sq ft office deal sees Cubo expand into Nottingham

Staton Young is set to bring its Cubo brand of serviced office space to Nottingham after completing one of the largest city centre deals of the year.

The firm has bought the 20,000 sq ft 12 King St office space in a deal brokered by FHP.

The move follows a similar acquisition earlier this year in Derby, which saw Staton Young get the green light to turn the Old Post Office building on Victoria Street into a 20,000 sq ft Cubo serviced office space.

Posting on LinkedIn, director of Staton Young, Rebecca Gough, said that Cubo will open in Nottingham in 2020.
