Floods close section of A52 in Nottinghamshire

The eastbound carriageway of the A52 is closed between the A46 (Saxondale) and the A1 (Barrowby) due to flooding at Stragglethorpe.

Road users are advised to plan ahead and consider alternative routes, although Highways England is urging caution as a number of other roads in the local area are also affected by flooding.
