New associate director for Leicestershire lender
Ashby-based lender ThinCats has appointed a new associate director for Wales, the South West and the Midlands.
Stefan Nubert brings a wealth of experience to the company, having previously worked as assistant vice president of debt finance at Barclays.
He has also held roles at RBS and Lloyds Banking Group.
Nubert said: “I’ve seen first-hand the difficulties SMEs have faced when trying to access funding support. I believe there is a real opportunity for alternative lenders, like ThinCats, to step up to fulfil a need within the SME business landscape – from origination to execution.”
Mike Hackett, head of sales at ThinCats, added: “Already well versed in the SME lending space, Stefan is a strong addition to the ThinCats team. Stefan will be working closely with local business leaders to deliver sustainable funding solutions for mid-sized SMEs.”
