Consultancy firm reveals acquisition plans after profitable third year of trading

The owner of consultancy firm Incite Consulting Services is celebrating after his firm became a profitable limited company at the turn of the last financial year.

Mark Platt says his business increased turnover by 210% after the first year with 56% increase in the third year, enabling him to turn a profit.

Incite offers consulting and mentoring services in business development, growth strategy, lead generation and sales management. Platt’s clients include leading professional service organisations, wholesale & retail, media and marketing.

With Karen Cureton (training consultant), Paul Chapman (marketing strategist) and Philippa Gratton (training programme designer) linking with Incite as Associates, Platt believes that Incite will continue going from strength to strength.

He said: “Incite Consulting is currently looking at a possible acquisition which will move its turnover towards £800,000 with ambitions of developing a group of agencies/consultancies creating a service supply chain for professional services.”
