Online fashion retailer expands with new premises

Online retailer B-Fashion is expanding in the East Midlands.

The firm, which sells clothes mainly on Amazon and has its headquarters in Melton Mowbray, has taken an extra 20,000 sq ft of space at Falcon Business Park, in a deal brokered by Tim Gilberton of FHP Property Consultants.

Gilbertson said: “We swiftly agreed a deal for this good quality simple warehouse on Falcon Business Park at the back of Brush for just over 20,000 sq ft of space.

“Space in Loughborough is always sought after, there always seems to be a real dearth of opportunities but pleasingly we have a further unit available on the estate of just over 15,000 sq ft again offered to rent and we still have also an even rarer beast available, a freehold building on Belton Road.”
