Developer gets green light for more Station Street flats

Nottingham developer Bildurn has been given the go-ahead to further develop buildings on Station Street in the city.
The firm, which is already redeveloping a 50,000 sq ft office building at 11 Station Street as well as 323-bed student scheme in conjunction with Vita at the old Job Centre just yards away, will now turn the first, second and third floors of 3-9 Station Street into 12 apartments.
The new residential scheme will sit above the Tesco store on the road.
The development, in a former police station which was most recently used as offices, is being designed by Franklin Ellis Architects.
