NG cracks the valve on a hat-trick of lockdown deals

NG Chartered Surveyors have completed a third deal as many weeks after letting a 4,536 sq ft unit at Mercian Close on the Manners Industrial estate in the Derbyshire town of Ilkeston to Midland Industrial Designers.

The move comes after valve design firm Midland Industrial Designers, which has been trading for over 60 years, won a substantial new contract.

The deal means that NG director Sunny Landa has completed a hat-trick of property transactions under lockdown conditions.

He said: “We’ve adapted quickly to the different conditions brought about by the lockdown to keep the transactions flowing.
