M1 closed in both directions after collision

The M1 is closed in both directions between Junctions 24 and 25 due to a collision.

Highways England says that the emergency services – including Nottinghamshire Police – are in attendance.

Traffic is diverted by the following routes:

Southbound – to leave at J25 via the A52 westbound, A5111 southbound, A6 & A50 eastbound to return at J24. Follow the hollow square symbol.

Northbound – via the above route (roads in reverse order). Follow the hollow triangle symbol.
