Private investor snaps up hybrid warehouse in £495,000 deal

Savills, on behalf of GHD Environmental, has sold the freehold of Synergy House at Unit 1 on Calverton Business Park in Calverton, Nottingham to a private investor for £495,000.

The 7,600 sq ft hybrid warehouse unit includes industrial and office accommodation. The property has been bought for part owner occupation, but also for investment purposes.

Ian Muxlow, director in the commercial team at Savills Nottingham, said: “Synergy House provided a rare opportunity to acquire a good sized, modern freehold hybrid unit just eight miles outside of Nottingham city centre, with excellent access to the national motorway network.

“This latest transaction proves that appetite remains strong for good quality warehouse and office stock and we are very pleased to have secured this deal on behalf of our client who has since relocated to new premises in Nottingham.”
