Security firm wins construction industry validation
Nottinghamshire-based Octavian Security UK has received Achilles BuildingConfidence validation.
Advanced Membership has been secured after the company demonstrated its ability to define its management processes by documenting its management system.
Developed and managed by Achilles for the UK Construction Industry to assist navigation of the sector’s increasingly complex compliance issues, the validation has become the UK construction standard.
Reshma Sheikh, Octavian Security’s managing director, said: “We are delighted to have been validated by Achilles BuildingConfidence. It serves to evidence our commitment to our management processes in a sector within which we have strength and lends to give reassurance to our clients, existing and potential of our understanding of this unique sector.”
The news comes hot on the heels of Octavian Security’s SafeContractor Accreditation.
Accreditation has been achieved for all Security services following assessment of the company’s health and safety procedures and documents which underpin the high level of standards for Health and Safety for all workplaces and for the protection of staff and clients.
Octavian Security also secured SSIP, Safety Schemes in Procurement Accreditation which align with its values of demonstrating excellence in service and safety for all service delivery.
