Pair take equity stake in Nottingham surveying firm

The three directors

Two members of staff have taken a stake in Nottingham-based surveying practice Survey Hub.

Nathan Stone and Lee Stevenson have both been promoted to director and now have an equity stake in the business alongside founder Michael Goodchild.

Goodchild said: “Together we will ensure the company is in safe hands as we move through a period of positive change and unprecedented growth. In uncertain times we have been fortunate to have already been working across a multitude of industry sectors, which has put on steady ground as the country, and economy recover from Covid-19.

“We have come out the other side of lockdown fighting, having spent every second we had to work on securing several large projects, which we very pleased are now starting to come to fruition. One such project has seen us undertake a full suite of surveys for a major London shopping centre to provide CCTV Drainage surveys, revit modelling, laser scanning, topographical and underground surveys.”

Stevenson said: “We are very lucky to be supported by an extremely dedicated and talented team, all of which have supported us over the past six months and enabled us to stand strong in the latter half of this challenging year.”

Stone added: “I am thrilled to become a director at this fantastic company, may the good times continue as we expand in the lead up to Christmas.”
