New head office for care home provider

A Nottinghamshire care provider has bought a new head office following support from Barclays.

Younas House, which owns National Care Consortium and Every Sensation Care, has purchased the premises on Pelham Court in Nottingham.

The family-owned business runs seven care homes across the county which specialise in residential and dementia care.

Director Shamraiz Younas said: “We, as a family, are extremely excited to welcome Younas House to our portfolio. It will become a hub of business enterprise for the family for years to come. As we continue to grow we are actively looking to acquire further office space in the heart of Nottingham.”

Funding was provided by Barclays. Alan Mele, relationship director at Barclays in Nottingham said: “The Younas family have a long history of working in this industry. The introduction of a Head Office site forms part of their wider expansion strategy and I am delighted we have been able to support them, particularly during what has been a very challenging time for the sector.”
