Deal sees day nursery under new ownership

Giggles Galore, the Lincolnshire children’s day nursery, has been sold to a local operator.

The Spalding-based business has been offloaded after Mark Dale decided to pursue other business interests and has been snapped up by Country Kids Day Nursery.

The deal was brokered by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Dale said: “I’ve had a pleasant, extremely friendly and reliable service provided by knowledgeable staff at Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

“All the staff were willing to go the extra mile to support me through the process and always on hand to answer any queries, a 5-star service all round.

“I wanted a buyer with drive and enthusiasm that had the best interests of existing staff at heart and RDK delivered.
