Garratt goes it alone after leaving Innes England

Tim Garratt, one of the East Midlands’ best-know commercial property figures, has left agent Innes England after 21 years with the firm.

Garratt, who was latterly chairman at Innes England, has left to go it along with a new company called Blackstar Advisory aimed at helping long-standing clients.

Posting on LinkedIn, Garratt said: “I leave after 21 years with many fond memories. I have worked with some amazing people and thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of running the business as MD for nearly five years, but it is time for a new challenge and my new business is born.

“Blackstar Advisory will be helping a small number of my long-standing clients with their property issues. I’m really looking forward to this new world and hoping that 2021 is a whole heap better than 2020.”
