More former council offices to be turned into flats
A West Midlands developer has revealed a second set of plans to turn a Nottingham city centre office building into apartments.
Vinesh Aggarwial has followed up being given the go-ahead to turn 6 Castle Boulevard in the city into 48 flats by lodging plans to turn number 4 into a further 50 apartments.
4 Castle Boulevard, like number 6, was previously used by Nottingham City Council as offices. The five-storey building has been empty for some time.
Plans to convert number 6 were given the green light in February.
