Toolstation signs up for new Long Eaton scheme

Toolstation has signed up as one of the first occupiers at Clowes Developments’ new Forbes Park scheme, which is under construction in Long Eaton.

The company will move into a 5,142 sq ft trade counter unit in Block F at Forbes Court on the development.

The speculative development of phase 1 units, blocks D&F, are set to reach practical completion by Q4 of 2021. Toolstation will be one of the first occupiers to move in its unit at the end of this year.

Richard Sutton, managing director at NG Chartered Surveyors, said: “Given the continued levels of interest shown at Forbes Park, it underpins Clowes Development understanding of the local market. This is exactly what Long Eaton has been calling for and complements surrounding industrial scheme.”
