Mattioli Woods completes £100m private equity acquisition

Leicester wealth management firm Mattioli Woods has completed its £100m deal to buy private equity firm Maven Capital Partners.

The deal was first revealed in May, with Mattiolo Woods expecting profit growth for Maven in each of the two years ending 31 March 2021 and 2022 and material profit growth.
