Asset-based lender Ultimate Finance has appointed a new regional director to the sales team.
The lender has welcomed Thomas Ludden to the group to strengthen its presence in the East Midlands and East Anglia region. He joins with a wealth of experience having been with Bibby Financial Services for the last 17 years.
Ludden said: “This is an exciting time to be joining the business. Ultimate Finance has an extremely strong reputation in the market, and I am keen to ensure they are seen as the funding partner of choice for introducers and their clients in the East Midlands and East Anglia region. With a sizeable office in Lutterworth this puts me in a great position to support business within the region.”

A former legal executive has been added to the employment arm of a Leicestershire wellbeing company.
Suzanne Jones
Wellonomics has strengthened its employment team, with Suzanne Jones joining the company as client co-ordinator.
The 51-year-old from Leicester will use her expert organisational skills to further enhance the experience for users of the Wellonomics programme, an online assessment proven to increase the wellbeing and productivity among employees, that once completed provides instant feedback and suggests ways to improve a person’s lifestyle.
Jones said: “I am delighted to take on this exciting and varied role, evolving with Wellonomics and the team as we continue to grow.
“A great deal of my time will be spent helping and working with our fabulous associates and clients together with our world of Wellonomics experts and I’ll be on the lookout for new associates and experts to help us to further expand and develop. I’ll also be managing some of our internal systems and processes in a bid to provide the best resources possible to help our clients make a positive difference to their lives.

PR, marketing and digital agency Shooting Star has welcomed two new members to its team.
Amy Harrison has joined the team as an account executive and Sam Clarke has returned to Shooting Star as digital marketing manager after a year working as marketing manager at Visit Lincoln.
Meanwhile, Molly Hare has been promoted to account executive after six months as a graduate intern.
Shooting Star now boasts a team of eight.
