Property agency leaves city centre after 25 years

Property firm Andrew Granger & Co has  moved from its office on Rutland Street, following 25 years situated in Leicester city centre.

The firm has moved into two new premises at Stoughton Grange.

Andrew Robinson, director, said: “We’re sad to be leaving the city centre after 25 years but this decision was driven by our clients and their needs.

“Stoughton Grange is right in the heartland of the county we work across and will also enable easy access with onsite parking along with other facilities in the development.

“Our move has already been well received by our contacts across the different areas of the business, and advances in technology mean we can be accessible in so many more ways these days.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed worked in such a cosmopolitan city for so long, but nothing stands still, and we are forging ahead in an agile and customer focussed way.”

Fellow director, Mark Sandall, added: “Stoughton Grange is perfectly placed for the work we do in the area and across the county, and the last year has also taught us that we’re now in a position, thanks to technology evolving, to be able to base ourselves pretty much anywhere.

“The city centre has served us well, but the time was right for us to relocate to premises that were more easily accessible for when our clients do want to visit us in person – which we’re doing by appointment only for the time being – and utilise the other facilities on site.

“We’re very much looking forward to working with clients old and new, and for what the next 25 years has in store for us at our new offices.”
