Nottingham hotel sold in £2.25m deal

A hotel in Nottingham has been snapped up in a £2.25m deal.

Christie & Co brokered the sale of The Beeches Hotel in West Bridgford.

The 43 bedroom venue with bar, restaurant, conferencing and leisure facilities was sold to an existing hotel operator.

Gavin Webb, hotels and licensed at Christie & Co, said: “We received significant interest in the opportunity and demand remains strong for good quality hospitality businesses of all descriptions.”
