Residential lettings company Monkey vs Owl has further expanded its team.

Holly Edmunds, who has more than ten years’ experience in residential lettings, has joined Monkey vs Owl which has offices in Derby and Loughborough from Scargill Mann in Derby.

She said: “The residential lettings market in the East Midlands is soaring at present. This was initially because of the increase in young people and adults from both the UK and overseas who taking up university places after all the disruption during the pandemic.

“Now we are working to match landlord’s properties with young professionals who are attracted by the flexibility and affordability of HMO accommodation in the next stage of their careers.

“It is great to be part of a growing, vibrant company who have embraced innovations in technology to provide a dynamic and paperless process that responds quickly to both landlords and tenants.

Christine Robinne

Northampton-based XPO Logistics has appointed Christine Robinne to lead the company’s technology organization and digital strategy in Europe.

She will report to Luis Gomez, president – Europe, and to Mario Harik, XPO’s chief information officer.

Gomez said: “Christine is a seasoned technology executive who will ensure that our customers and operators get the full benefit of our innovation — particularly our digital freight management capabilities and productivity tools. Our technology initiatives are in excellent hands with Christine and her talented team.”
