Property consultant lands 300,000 sq ft council portfolio job

Property consultant OMEETO has won a two-year contract to handle commercial property marketing on behalf of Bolsover District Council.

The portfolio comprises a range of office, workshop and industrial properties located across north Derbyshire and north Nottinghamshire.

Available properties include offices to rent at Pleasley Vale Business Park which comprises 300,000 sq ft of converted mill buildings as well as The Tangent in Weighbridge Road, Shirebrook – a business hub.

OMEETO director Chris Wright, has acted for various Local Authority clients for a decade. He said: “I am delighted to have been successful in this competitive tender and to be working again with Bolsover District Council.

“I previously handled the council’s commercial property portfolio whilst in a senior position at another commercial property agency, so I am very familiar with the properties concerned and know the market that they are targeting.
