Developer Cassidy has revealed plans for another major student accommodation scheme in Nottingham.

Called Nottingham Cars, the development is planned to be opposite the north entrance of the University of Nottingham’s Jubilee campus.

Cassidy says a planning application for 206 student bedrooms with a mixture of 187 clusters and 19 studio beds over six floors will be submitted imminently.

In July, Cassidy sold the 703-bed student scheme in Nottingham called Deakins Place. It has also been busy in the city developing the York House student development for Student Roost.
