Prime Nottingham retail unit sold in £22m deal
A prime Nottingham retail site has been sold in a £21.7m deal to an international investor.
Federated Homes has swooped for the 85,387 sq ft site at 4-13 Long Row & 17-25 Upper Parliament Street, which is home to Primark, Tesco, Greggs and Tui.
Abrdn has sold the asset, on which Primark has a lease until 2060.
