Center Parcs owner to spark £4bn auction for business

The Canadian owner of Center Parcs, which has a major holiday venue in Nottinghamshire, could sell the business for as much as £4bn.

Sky News says that Brookfield Property Partners is planning to sell the holiday villages business later this year. The reports suggest that Brookfield has appointed accountancy giant PwC to help with the deal.

Center Parcs has five holiday parks in the UK. It opened its first in Sherwood Forest in north Nottinghamshire in 1987.
